Awarded sites by HPD and NYCHA 2007 RFP for affordable homeownership and rental housing in New York City. This project is comprised of four buildings in separate locations in one neighborhood comprising 200 units in total.  These buildings were gut-renovated around 20 to 25 years ago and vacated recently.  The current Certificates of Occupancy are to remain.  All buildings are now empty, and all layouts will remain as is.  This current rehabilitation work will take place in two phases.
